Our Proven Results Process Includes:
- Check-in with weight, flow, cell depth measurements and detailed inspection.
- Pre-clean to remove gasket material, loose ash, and soot.
- Overnight thermal regeneration or “bake” to thoroughly convert any remaining soot and carbon to ash for complete removal.
- Final cleaning to completely remove remaining ash and debris.
- Final inspection with weight, flow, and cell depth measurements.
- Inspection report for each filter is returned to customer.
Fleet Cleaning Services Available
Northeast Industrial Diesel also works with fleets to provide an option to create a rotation so that fleets will always have a clean filter.
We understand the importance of timely and proper DPF cleaning. We have established our own DPF cleaning processes, that is more thorough and higher quality than other processes in the industry.
We have the largest nightly DPF cleaning capacity in the State of Massachusetts and a 24 hour turnaround time. Drop off by 3pm and in most cases your filter is ready by the next day by noon.
